Aerotek Mechanical Assembler in Shakopee, Minnesota

Description:

Mechanical Assembler:

$20.70 - $23.00

  • Candidates will be using hand and power tools and assembling off of blue prints.

  • Working mostly with brakes and clutches used in medical companies, farm equipment, US government.

  • These brakes are used in surgical robots, gurneys, hospital beds, MRI machines, etc.

  • Experience with hand and power tools will also be necessary for this position.

  • Advancement would be to move to Electronic or Gearmotor assembly.

  • Mechanical inclination -- hobby auto mechanics are great -- Medical assemblers looking for a new career

  • Ability to work independently and continue to stay on task
