Wayfair Advertising Operations Associate in Shanghai, China

<p>We are seeking an individual who understands how to effectively enact change in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.&nbsp; The Wayfair Advertising Operations Associate is integral to the success of Wayfair’s advertising partners and keeps the trains running on time.&nbsp; You’ll grow in a role at the intersection of ecommerce and advertising and help our clients succeed. This role will be based in Shanghai, China.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<p>Display Operations responsibilities:</p>

<ul>

<li>Be responsible for the creation of digital Display ad campaigns, campaign management, reporting, and billing, working closely with the Display Advertising Operations team based in Boston, US.</li>

<li>Work closely with Wayfair’s APS (Asia Partner Solutions) Advertising Sales Managers and clients to ensure successful advertising campaigns from start to finish</li>

<li>Provide ongoing Display advertising support to APS account teams and advertisers</li>

<li>Work with in house Creative teams to build all display ads</li>

<li>Monitor the health of client campaigns and work with account teams to improve campaign performance</li>

<li>Own end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and billing with other internal and external entities including APS account team, APS Advertising sales team, creative, finance,.</li>

<li>Partner with billing and collections teams to resolve invoicing issues</li>

<li>Drive and protect revenue across platforms through proactive campaign monitoring and quality campaign execution</li>

</ul>

<p>Program Resources &amp; Analytics Associate</p>

<ul>

<li>Support APS Advertising Sales enablement&nbsp; by owning the creation of advertising training content and supplier-facing collateral (e.g., training materials, one-pagers, su-facing communication), both in English and Mandarin</li>

<li>Support Advertising Sales Managers with creation of custom reporting tools and dashboards, working closely with the Analytics team based in Boston, US. Custom reporting tools include Google Looker/Studio, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.</li>

<li>Work with Ad Sales Managers to support supplier outreach at scale for APS suppliers (e.g., sending comms with WeChat/apps vs. email, drafting comms for APS suppliers)</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>

<li>Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and desire to exceed client expectations</li>

<li>Flexibility to thrive in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment, manage multiple projects and tight deadlines</li>

<li>An ability to prioritize across short term and long term goals</li>

<li>Strong analytical and data visualization skills.</li>

<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>

<li>An inherent self starter mentality that excels in a fast paced work environment</li>

<li>Advanced Microsoft Office &amp; G-Suite skills, with a particularly strength in Excel/GSheets</li>

<li>Enough knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem to be dangerous.</li>

<li>Proficient in English and Mandarin</li>
