We are looking for a talent as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our team for Douyin platform. The ideal candidate will have good understanding of the platforms’ mechanisms and solid hands-on experience. They will be skilled in demonstrating and integrating resources to improve brand benefits on the platform. Additionally, they will work closely with platform leader and cross functions to ensure seamless collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

  • Focus on delivering constant brand messages to Douyin audience through two brand owned accounts, crafting engaging content, considering brand positioning, key culture moments and platform trends.

  • Partner with key internal partners(including brand team, etc) in content creation for key campaigns and new products' launch.

  • Implement and supervise media tools / private domain strategy in Douyin.

  • Support brand and products campaign execution from social activation to KOL seeding, to generate social buzz and have in-depth product and brand education.

  • Lead supervising on social trends and performance tracking of both brand and industry to build systematic analysis for marketing team.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree. would be preferred

  • Proven hands-on experience with related brands in managing social content in Douyin platform, with good understanding of platform mechanisms and operation details

  • A minimum of 3-5 years internet and digital marketing experience, with a focus on social marketing as plus.

  • Good insights into China social landscape. Digital content savvy.

  • Good at data analysis and using data-driven insights to advise decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across teams.

  • Strong sense of mission, self-motivated with can-do attitude

  • Native in Mandarin and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
