= Objective =

Responsible for herbicides portfolio management and implement product portfolio strategy for rice crop systems, including corn and wheat.

= Main Task =

• Manage selective herbicides portfolio to drive sales, market share and profitability

• Explore and manage herbicides tolerant project and collaborate with seeds partners to drive growth.

• Launch new products

• Responsible for Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects initiative and in/out-license to enhance BASF herbicides competitiveness and close portfolio gap.

• Implement pricing strategy to ensure profitability improvements and targets are met.

• Update long term forecast based on new product launches and market trends, opportunities & risks.

• Manage brand, digital marketing and product promotion programs.

• Collaborate with sales, business partner & other functional teams to achieve yearly sales target.

• Responsible for marketing activities for herbicides to build brand equity and strong customer engagements

• Provide comprehensive herbicides solutions to customers to deliver sales, market share and profit targets

• Support crop system lead to develop and implement crop system strategy

• Responsible for the new business model on herbicide-tolerant system and to collaborate with seeds customers to develop and implement growth plan

= Job Requirements =

• University Degree in Agriculture/Crop Protection/Chemistry, preferably with post-graduate degree

• Minimum 5 years of agrochemical experience related to field crop herbicides, preferably in seeds & traits background.

• Master Degree in Agriculture/Crop Protection/Chemistry, preferably with post-graduate degree

• Good understanding of crop protection or related agronomic technologies.

• Strategic thinking, self-motivated, result driven and ability to collaborate cross functionally.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
