Essential Functions

1.带领团队汇总、清洗、转换各种来源的数据，并针对各来源数据进行ETL开发

2. 负责数据库管理及数据运维

3.与项目团队沟通确认需求，并设计、交付最终数据和分析结果

4.带领团队使用数据科学的方法，逐渐积累可供业务产品使用的数据模型逻辑，与业务分析一起制定数据驱动解决方案

与项目团队一起搭建市场预测模型

5.进行包括实验设计，数据采集，数据分析，模型搭建，模型验证，模型部署，持续迭代等方面的工作

6.带领团队通过与其他部门的高质量沟通，沉淀定制化方案原型到规模化产品，并持续优化

7.负责数据分析指标体系设计搭建，从客户实际业务出发，挖掘市场、策略等方面商业机会驱动客户业务增

8. 进行可视化模板开发，熟悉相应开发工具

Qualifications

1.计算机，软件工程或电子信息相关专业211本科或以上学历

2.熟练掌握MySQL CRUD至少2年以上项目经验，熟悉SQL Server

3.熟练掌握Python编程脚本能力，特别是Pandas，至少1年以上项目实践经历

4.数量掌握Java 或Python 应用开发能力，至少2年以上项目经验

5. 熟悉Power BI或Tablea等数据展现工具

6.思路清晰，良好的沟通能力

7.有医疗行业数据建模经验

8.具备相关数据库认证经验优先

9.英语口语良好优先
