Abbott Customer Training Manager in Shanghai, China

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

(Including the main purpose of job and Key responsibilities):

  • Work with team to build the strategies and plans for Crossroads professional education network.

  • Work on physician academic segement, and searching the academic needs of each level.

  • Work with national top KOLs to design the training curriculum and training modules according hot topics of each year.

  • Keep looking at the latest clinic insights and new theraputics, and update the training curriculum and training modules according.

  • Design the new methods of training, such as 3D printing, new hands-on model development etc.

  • Project leader for each Crossroads program; facilitiating course curriculum, faculty,

participation and all execution.

  • Responsible for receiving all Program applications, and managing participant information database. Creates Agreement documents based on the information received, and ensures that the signed form is returned by the program day.

  • Communicates with sales force and other agencies to make necessary arrangements (coordinate accommodation, welcome party, lunch, etc.) in timely manner.

  • Creates handouts and other printed materials for the program (welcome letters, agenda, questionnaire, name plates, etc.). Responsible for reception/cloak, customer support as necessary.

  • Be reponse for International fellowship programs

  • Working with OEC&Legal to generate the international fellowship program process.

  • Mantain the relationship with oversea hospital centers.

  • Work with sales team and marketing team to nominate and approval the candidates for international fellowship.

  • Details arrangement and follow up of international fellowship programs.

  • Techinically to support team program training needs.

  • Manages cath-lab inventories, manages and communicates with international program coordinator to order / improve PVA models, supports cath-lab during the program as necessary.

  • Assists in Virtual simulator calibration and daily maintenance; manages the VR session during programs as necessary.

  • Updates Institute User/Visitor database Tracking.

  • Supports the direct supervisor to achieve the company visions, objectives as well as divisional mission and strategies.

  • May assign ad hoc project as required.

2. PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

(Including Education Required & skills and experience) :

  • Clinical Medicine Bachelor Degree or above

  • Business and Casual level English conversation, presentation, reading and writing

skills preferred. 

  • Must have experience in coordinating and leading projects or events.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
