Description and Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead Design Quality activities And customer quality requirements assurance, submit APQP package & PPAP package, etc.

  • Control the Quality/Warranty cost. Set-up Quality/Warranty objective and drive team to meet.

  • Project quality assurance- Perform quality assessments throughout development and provide Vote for all Stage and Design Reviews for all assigned projects. ensure that Key, Identified Program deliverables are completed on time per the project schedule and meet excellent quality standards

  • Analyze similar product quality/warranty data and Drive wide ↦ dive deep for new program lessons learned from starting

  • Production quality assurance - Support pre-builds and ensure production quality in control, issue related build reports

  • Warranty risk assessment and Mitigation throughout project/design/process stage review and risk identification .

  • Define/Document/Set-up warranty support plans for new programs.

  • Support projects and communicate APQP gate status, Quality performance, improvement plans, and corrective actions to the customer.

  • Host customer Audit for new projects. Drive closure of open issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Automotive, etc ·

  • Fluent oral English, English could be used in daily work.

  • Over 5 years’ service experience for Quality/Design/Manufacture relative jobs in Automotive or Electrical industrial suppliers. At least 3 years’ experience in quality leader role.

  • International company experience is preferred.

  • Experience in Problem Solving practices. Advanced analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult. Eg. Green Belt, Shinning.

  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers and internal team. Familiar to TS16949 standard and OEM customer quality system. Familiar with VW CSR is a must.

  • Organizational and planning capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill.

  • Leadership skill.

  • Passion for excellence.

  • Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
