= Objectives =

The position will be responsible to ensure the successful implementation of the go-to-market strategy for online channel for Agriculture Solutions in China. Drive and execute the brand building and promotion of e-commerce products to achieve business growth and sales objectives.

= Main Tasks =

• Develop and implement online business strategies to achieve sales and other indicators targets, according to the company's strategic objectives.

• Manage and operate the Agriculture Solutions online stores while guiding and assisting the customer team in promoting product brands and sales online.

• Understand e-commerce market conditions, grasp and analyse market dynamics, insight into relevant policies

• Coordinate the docking and cooperation with e-commerce platforms

• Timely update and optimize Agriculture Solutions China online market strategies.

• Responsible for online customers management.

• Effectively coordinate internal resources to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives and the implementation of tactical plans

= Job Requirements =

• Bachelor degree or above

• Minimum 5 years working experience in FMCG sales & marketing role or operation of e-commerce platforms.

• Experienced in digital marketing will be an added advantage

• Fluent English communication

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with people from different cultures and background
