Job Description

岗位职责：

负责电商平台的整体设计、布局、内容、优化，提升用户粘性

负责根据业务需求，策划运营活动，制定平台营销策略、推广计划、触达潜在客户群体

负责平台日常运营数据分析、根据数据情况调整运营策略，提升用户活跃度和忠诚度

不定期收集分析市场数据，结合运营关键数据及时优化调整产品及运营策略

岗位要求：

1 有3三年以上电商运营者优先，本科及以上学历

2 熟悉电商平台操作规则及平台规则

3 对数据敏感，能不断从数据中找到优化投放的方法

4 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与多部门沟通合作，推动项目进展
