7. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The mission of the position is leading Cross Border Ecommerce marketing campaign strategy & calendar and implementation to drive total e-Commerce business result.

Main Responsibilities

60% - Lead CBEC full portfolio (including infant milk, kids’ nutrition and adult nutrition) campaign strategy and calendar through cooperation with sales team.

30% - Work closely with distributor and platform marketing counterparts to deliver the sales target, keep track campaign result and ROI, and continuously optimize and innovate.

10% - Work with regional and affiliate marketing teams to apply the latest strategy into CBEC execution.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Independently lead campaign for CBEC all portfolio including infant milk, kids‘ nutrition and adult nutrition. Coordinate with sales team to plan full year marketing campaign strategy and calendar across main touchpoints to drive business related ROI metrics.

Keep abreast with the latest trend in the online/e-commerce channel. Keep close contact and good relationship with marketing key counterparts at B2C platforms to understand their latest strategy and tactics. Create and edit ROI-focused marketing campaigns based on business needs. Control and manage the campaign quality to ensure clear and attractive communications on products; monitor and analyze content performance based on goals and matrix of impression, view, engage, conversion, new member, new user, etc. Supervise & track the execution & KPIs of the marketing activities, dispatch the learning to continuously enhance. Work closely with affiliates local country marketing team & regional marketing team to ensure adapting the latest strategy, and share back the CBEC latest progress and result. Continuously optimize and test on new campaign approach based on historical learnings, new market and consumer trends and data-driven experimentation.

8. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industry experiences:

Great marketing sense and deep understanding on e-commerce/digital marketing campaigns; Proven capability in independently leading campaigns and delvering results; working experience on how to measure ROI-focused campaigns and optimize accordingly.

  • Position experiences:

At least 5 years working experience in EC marketing or digital marketing. With brand marketing background is preferred.

  • Language Skills:

Exellent communication with Mandrine and English is must.

  • Computer Skills:

Familiar with office soft ware

  • Mobility:

Able travel based on business request.
