As a Group Head at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your mission is to create creative copy content that responds to the client’s brief.

  In this role, you will:

• Persuasively pitch concept to the internal teams including the Creative Director, the Social Planner, and the Account Service Team, and articulate the rationale behind the creative thinking

  能够向创意总监、社交媒体内容策划和客户服务团队等内部团队沟通创意概念，并阐明创意思维背后的基本逻辑

• Produce, review and refine the work with editors to ensure consistency and quality of final output

  与编辑一起制作、审查和完善作品，以确保最终输出的一致性和质量

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  工作职责

   

• Work in partnership with all relevant teams (Account Service/   Strategy/ Design) to ensure creative messages are delivered in a consistent way and in line with strategy output from Account Service and Planning teams

  与所有相关团队（客户服务/策略/设计）合作，确保创意讯息的一致性，并与客户服务和策划团队的策略输出保持一致

• Provide feedback to team members on daily retainer execution, control overall deliverables

  为团队成员提供日常项目的执行反馈，控制整体交付成果

• Guide editors on daily execution, and ensure that the Copy and Design teams produce a consistent message

  指导编辑日常工作，确保编辑和创意团队传达一致的信息

• Ability to independently take briefs, create decks, execute, and present in front of client for small projects such as H5 or Mini Program

  就H5或小程序等小型项目，能够做到独立理解需求、创建方案、执行项目并向客户提案

• Ability to execute integrated campaign projects under the guidance of the Group   Creative   Director

  能够在创意群总监的指导下整合活动项目

   

  QUALIFICATIONS

  任职要求

   

• Bachelor degree or above

  本科及以上学历

• 5 years working experience in a digital marketing agency or a 4A advertising firm, with prior team management experience

  5 年数字营销代理商或者4A 广告公司工作经验，良好的团队管理经验

• Prior experience in working with automobile clients is a must

  需要有汽车品牌服务经验

• Ability to follow a campaign independently, starting with taking briefs, creating a proposal, executing it, and presenting it in front of client

  能够独立跟进活动，从沟通需求，创建方案，执行项目直至向客户提案
