Job Responsibilities:

-Lead to design, develop and implement China’s portfolio / Brand strategies & Plans, to build strong Boehringer brand and achieve sustainable fast business growth.

-Develop effective media strategies aligned to target audience, brand KPIs (including market share, brand awareness, brand preference, brand recognition, media value, etc.), brand values, and positioning. This includes identifying target markets, developing messaging and branding, and selecting the most effective marketing channels to reach the target audience.

-Develop an in-depth strategic watch (consumer, competition, new business models) identify the market and consumer’s major trends and market opportunities. Formalize recommendations to feed the growth strategy of the business. This includes analyzing data from market research, social media analytics, and other sources to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

-Lead digital innovation strategy & plan to and enhance consumer/customer experience and grow our brands.

-Work with Global sales & marketing and regulatory affairs team in innovation pipeline managment and launch.

-Lead to manage the Advertising, Promotions and EC marketing budget in the country and measure ROI to ensure efficient allocation of budget within the LTF & OL.

-Focus on Marketing team development, build up talent pipeline by training and coaching in place.

-Lead collaboration with internally with cross functional teams and stakeholders at both local & global, as well as externally with agency partners.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing related major, preferably with MBA qualifications.

-Minimum 15 years field experience in Companion Animal Health/life sciences/FMCG, including 5-8 years in managerial position with strong leadership capability.

-Good competence in spoken and written English and fluency in Mandarin.

-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

-Strong abilities in working under pressure.
