Responsibilities

  1. Deep analysis the market and Develop business strategies to support ongoing growth of the business

  2. Strong engage cross function teams including HQ, RA, medical affairs, market access, supply chain, channel solution etc. to successfully navigate the internal and external environments to support brand launch successfully and deliver value to our customers

  3. Engage and communicate smoothly with the Global Asset team to lead the launch readiness.

  4. Understand and quickly adapt changes of regulations, market competitors and consumer behaviors. Developing and Executing product/market strategies rapidly responding to market and competitive changes

  5. Support field force to drive product strategy execution and prioritized resources and business results in key markets

  6. Ensure all business activities complying with compliance and legal requirement and ethical standards. Manage the cost within the budget

  7. Establish and reinforce professional relationship with internal and external partners; Establish and sustain close relationship with national KOLs in related specialties by understanding and provide solutions of the unmet needs of clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree above. At least 5-year marketing working experience of healthcare industry, consultant firm experience is preferred; Sales, local marketing manager is preferred,

  • Ability to anticipate and rapidly respond to market and competitive changes

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to identify creative approaches to market/customer in support of growing the business

  • High ability of communication; strong influencing, negotiation and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams

  • Customer oriented and strong winning spirit

  • Good command of English speaking and writing is required

  • Adaption to frequent business trips
