The Oligo/mRNA workflow solution leader for Cytiva is responsible for working closely with region sales team to provide solution of mRNA or oligo according to customer's different project scale. Combine your knowledge with Cytiva products strengths to enhance solution selling capability.This position is part of the workflow Nucleic acid team in Genomic Medicine modality located in Shanghai/Suzhou and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Present and discuss the total solution of Oligo or mRNA and benefits on customer site, provide technical support at early stage of project to help sales drive more funnels and order

• Assist commercial team in identifying mRNA or Oligo customer opportunities, needs, determine technical feasibility of custom technical requests and process optimization opportunities.

• Gain critical insight on customer of Oligo or mRNA manufacturing processes and formulate strategies to develop and support solutions that meet customer’s needs and expectations . Expanding Genomic Medicine business by gaining market share in existing and new accounts

• Combine your mRNA or oligo workflow knowledge with Cytiva products to help customer resolve the technical problem they encounter

• · Establish strong relationships with clients –including executive level, project champions, and key end—users.

• Management the projects of oligo or mRNA—including early stage of project communication , proposal solution, quotation and project strategy development

• Working with marketing team to deliver presentation in market to enhance our segment branding.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Life sciences or relevant field, CGT background preferred

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in oligo or mRNA field industry, master the knowledge of mRNA or oligo workflow.

• Sales technique including cross selling, upselling, value positions, workflow selling and funnel management.

• · Strong presentation skills and able to travel.
