Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Essential Responsibilities: 1. Electronics system architect design, interface design, schematic design, PCB layout, Firmware/Embedded software development2.Execute with limited guidance the design, development, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirements3.Provide timely communication and recommendations on significant issues or developments4.Be responsible for defining, estimating, leading and coordinating work or projects within functional area(s) of expertise5.Participate and present in technical and program reviews6.Document technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures7.Prepare invention disclosures to protect the technology that provides a competitive advantage to the business8. Serving as a technical readiness focal point for all pertinent personnel and/or customers9. Coaching and mentoring in order to develop the engineering community in process, career growth and technical excellence10. Broad influence over large multi-disciplinary and/or cross-functional teams11. Provides expert guidance and support to the development organization in various technical/functional aspects of research, development and engineering12. Engaging in all phases of new product introduction, including concept, architecture, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support Qualifications/Requirements : 1.BS/MS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent2.15 years electrical engineering experience in AC/DC motor drive or tube vacuums electronic or medical sensor etc3.Technical knowledge and experience in determining Electrical Design Parameters required to meeting products requirements and applicable national and international codes/Standards/directives.4.Ability to generate ideas and execute projects to simplify electrical design.5.Ability to perform Engineering Analysis to ensure Electrical Design Integrity of the product to meet environmental & operation conditions specified6.Knowledge of manufacturing operation and processes7.Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and collaborative skills8.Ability to synthesize information from different engineering disciplines9.Ability to effectively present information to project and functional management and to customers, subcontractors, and suppliers10.Ability to write specifications, procedures, and manuals that conform to prescribed style and format Desired Characteristics: 1. PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent2. 20 years of experiences in Electrical and Electronics design and development (Acoustic or RF etc) in imaging medical device compony3.Demonstrated capability and experience with value engineering, design to value, Should Cost analysis and process6.Knowledge of Healthcare products, NPI process, and engineering working systems5. Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task.6. Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation
