AIG Receptionist and Sales Support in Shanghai, China
How you will create an impact
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Sign for and distribute express mail, packages, policies, invoices etc.
Handling and answer call-in business and allocate to related DS.
Facilitate the paper work to obtain the approval of sales initiatives, including the events, campaigns and sales incentives.
Coordinate and maintain records for staff, office space, office equipment, phones, and office keys.
Help sales team for some market research, regular reporting (external /internal), salesforce coordinator, Fapiao issue solving and premium refund etc.
Working with Compliance staff to make sure sales activity following the regulator rules.
Other duties as assigned by branch senior management.
What you’ll need to succeed
University/College graduate with sales related experience, preferable in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
Basic English reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
Self-motivated.
Team work and good communication skills.
