Description

You will support team leader to contribute to both Asia specific and Global programs that help Amazon identify opportunities to improve our business. You will contribute to innovation programs across multiple business segments (e.g., E-commerce and Retail, Gaming, Digital Device, Media and Entertainment, FinTech and etc.), geographies and business departments (e.g., Retail and Marketplace, Gaming, Twitch, Alexa and etc.). This position will allow you to have exposure to various innovation areas and develop understanding in the most cutting-edge businesses. You will make a real impact for our customers from Day 1 and provide a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skillset and address new challenges.

Key job responsibilities

• Conduct desktop research on various companies, industries and geos, and consolidate findings and provide insights

• Collect and analyze a wide range of industry and customer-related data

• Conduct administrative tasks

About the team

As a global team, our team provides a business strategy consulting service to Amazon’s WW businesses by monitoring emerging business trends and studying innovative business models across countries. We are innovating and building new methodologies and products to continuously iterate and improve our Service - all in an effort to influence products and services at Amazon and ultimately to better serve our customers.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or military experience

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

• High school or equivalent

• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

• Are 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end project management
