Description:
Responsible for a corresponding number of corporate clients independently
Ensure professional telemarketing based on Hyatt Senior sales principles and smart sales philosophy
Learn more about hotel facilities, features and services
Systematically and efficiently categorize accounts for designated departments and report results and opportunities to the Director of Sales/Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing
Follow up sales inquiries and identify potential business intentions.
Establish and maintain existing customer base, and constantly develop new customers
Achieve monthly and annual personal goals, as well as departmental goals
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that guest requirements and expectations are met
Prepare and ensure that all incident orders are communicated to relevant departments in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Job requirements:
- Fluent in typing, shorthand and document management

Proficient in handling business letters in both Chinese and English
Be aggressive and have good interpersonal relationships
