Philips Senior Account Sales, Imaging &IGT in Shanghai, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Works as Supervisor on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of distributor data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.

  • The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic distributor principles, -theories and -concepts.

  • Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and distributor (feasibility) studies.

  • Lead small distributor projects, managing a small number of people.

You are responsible for

  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.

  • Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.

  • Recommends changes to sales policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).

  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

  • Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

  • Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; mostly has budget responsibilities.

  • Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas or customers.

You are a part of

Philips DI&IGT Sales team, developing sales plan to grow DI&IGT business in East of China. You will report to Sales Leader who base in Shanghai.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with> 3 years of sales experience in medical device industry;

  • Good business acumen, sensitivity to the dynamics in market place with good track record.
