What You'll Do for Us

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Data Intelligence senior manager. This role is pivotal in translating data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions, particularly in areas, especially in customer insight and strategy, customer category management.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Interpretation :

  • Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business functions.

  • Utilize statistical tools to validate data integrity and accuracy.

Business Intelligence :

  • Translate business requirements into analytical queries and reports.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and business development.

  • Through data analytic to develop the customer category management process and capability.

Collaboration :

  • Work closely with KA teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and warehousing.

Predictive Analytics :

  • Develop predictive models to forecast future trends, customer behavior, and product demand.

  • Utilize machine learning algorithms to improve business processes and outcomes.

Reporting and Visualization :

  • Design and create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.

  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 7 years of experience in FMCG data analysis, preferably in the CPG industry.

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Agile and adaptable to changing business needs.
