Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

This Senior Manager, Digital leads digital data structure and analytics, digital platform (website, wechat, etc.) development and operation, digital media, as well as collaborating with rest of marketing team to design and deliver digital campaigns. This role is responsible to deliver 20% of total marketing Funnel Addition in 2024.

This position is located in Shanghai. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platformLeading development of channel strategy and growthManaging and executing promotional campaigns across search, ABM, Email, Messaging/Chat, Social, Referrals.Providing insights on customer and dealer behavior to support better acquisition and retention.Collaboration with Customer Service teams to Identify efficiency enhancements to automate and improve customer experience and order speedIdentifying, piloting, and scaling initiatives to improve cart size and order frequencyWorking closely with Supply Chain - demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillmentProviding analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and promotional performanceLeading a team of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention specialistsLeads customer database management strategy and implement

The essential requirements of the job include :

10 years of proven experience in digital marketing in MNC 4+ people team management experience is preferred; two-level management experience as a plus Creative and strategic thinking with a strong customer orientation and data-oriented thinkingM.Sc. above degree on wider life science, marketing or MBA Prior experience in a similar role to drive B2B eCommerce business growth.Solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing technology frameworks.A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.Good English and Mandarin communicationA good listener and negotiator is preferredDBS background is preferredGood say-do ratio

Proficiency in English is required.
