Amazon Sr. Service Offering Manager, Paid Service Offering in Shenzhen, China

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

We are looking for a Sr. Service Offering Manager who has extensive knowledge of service design and the ability to provide innovative ideas for solutions that will help support the needs of Sellers. As a consulting specialist, you will understand the needs of Sellers, find out how Sellers are using our consulting services and identify ways to improve current services or opportunities for a new service or product.

The qualified candidate should be a self-driven individual with excellent analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills, preferably with knowledge of cross-border e-commerce domains, and the ability to aggregate and translate domain expertise into consulting solutions that are easy to understand and implement. Above all, you will have a passion for learning and desire to solve tough business problems.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Drive cross-functional and cross-country collaboration, including business, product and PMO in China/Europe/Japan/US to deliver strategic initiatives

  2. Lead roadmap planning process and bar-raise solution design for key items on roadmap

  3. Monitor post-launch feedback, voice of users and collect iteration/enhancement requirements

  4. Organize regular service offering review with leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

  • Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • 8+ years work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

  • MBA

  • Experience as consultant, project manager or product manager from top consulting, internet, e-commerce companies. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
