Joa, Inc., 100 Crocker Avenue, Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, United States of America Req #251 Tuesday, February 20, 2024 Business Job Title: Driver, Utility and Large Truck/Warehouse Clerk Job Summary: Drives light duty utility vehicle or large stake truck with responsibility for delivery and pickup of parts safely and efficiently. Responsible for preparing parts for cartage, loading, and delivering the parts safely and efficiently to vendor or Joa location. Participate in other warehouse duties as needed when not driving for JOA. Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions of the Job: Drives and performs routine maintenance of light duty utility and large vehicle for organization. Loads and unloads freight vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Assess the safety regarding transporting all materials and has the authority to refuse unsafe loads. Coordinates times and efficient order for vendor deliveries and pickups. Completes and retains daily pickup and delivery paperwork. Maintains daily log of hours driven and fueling process as required by the State of Wisconsin. Obeys all State and local driving rules and regulations. Notifies supervisor of any major vehicle problems or maintenance that is required or may be needed to ensure safety of the driver and load. Participates in the warehouse function as described in \"Warehouse Clerk Description\" on non-driving days. Maintain clean CDL license. Represent JOA as a face of the company when working with vendors/customers. Occasional Job Responsibilities: Assists in Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving duties. Prepares orders for shipment when needed or necessary. Job Requirements: Requires education generally equivalent to a High School Diploma, plus some specialized training. Requires 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. Requires mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees and vendors. Must be able to read and understand warehouse paperwork. Must be a certified Forklift driver. Must have CDL Driver\'s License. Must be able to collaborate with others (including in person) to proactively develop solutions. Physical Requirements: Protective Clothing Required: Utilize safety glasses and safety shoes in production and warehouse areas. Follow vendor/customer safety procedures.
