JOB REQUIREMENTS: Front of the Line Operator 1st Shift - 51434 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC Front of Line Operator 1st Shift Pay Range: \$26.00/hr - \$27.20/hr Hours: 4:30am-1:30pm, Monday - Friday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities: * Develop your personal and professional skills on a continuous basis to ensure you are fully developing your God-given talents * Consistently manufacture \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications that are enjoyed by millions of people around the world * Work with a team to obtain superlative performance results in safety, quality, member development, OPE, yields, and other efficiencies * Be a part in making Johnsonville the Best Company in the World through active participation in our daily GRILL meetings and project teams * Set goals and objectives through a Personal Development Commitment; both personal and as a Team Member to achieve \"superlative\" performance in order to support The Johnsonville Way * Act like an owner: create ideas, own projects, lead other members and etc. * Learn and operate equipment on the RAW side of the line (A total of five operating roles including): * Stuffer * Grinder/Blender * Water wheel * Revo * Formax * Fat correcting analysis * Grinding and analyzing samples * Monitor finished fat percentages * Splitting blends * Working with scheduling and formulation on meat usage * Learn how to set-up and operate lab grinder, CEM and FOSS fat analyzer equipment * Understand Meat Block 2 excel spreadsheet * Learn set-up and usage of maillose and liquid smoke sytems Essential Functions/Duties: * The specific job duties may change as this new process is further defined * Safely and efficiently operate stuffers (Vemag) producing an assortment of products using various forms of production including but not limited to patty and link production using required equipment (multi-outlet dividing the flow of product) * Use of process procedures for each item * Distinguish non-acceptable and acceptable quality products * Proper set up of production equipment for running by locking out machinery * Use SAP software and transactions related to the position * Idea generation to improve processes to achieve superlative performance * Manage finished goods rework in blending process and understand allowable percentages per blend * Setup, run and teardown the equipment in your area including hot water washes * Complete production documentation accurately * Multi batch sheets * Grind sheets * Stuffing Sheets * Push/pull wagons of product/spice/liquids * Stage meat per blends for production in WIP cooler Other: * Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check Date: August 7, 2024 Location: Meadowside - Sheboygan Falls, WI Member Status: Full Time, Hourly Manufacturing Positions Available: 3 Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
