JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Financial Analyst - Retail Business Unit - 50911 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Senior Financial Analyst - Retail Business Unit Flexible Hybrid Position Overview: As a member of the Johnsonville Retail Finance Team, the Senior Financial Analyst will leverage their analytical expertise and leadership skills to drive business strategy and overall performance. The successful candidate will be a key businessperson providing financial analysis and guidance, decision support and recommendations, and development of financial acumen across the entire Retail team. Flexible Work Schedule: Opportunity for Hybrid schedule after training; Summer Hours Available Memorial Day through Labor Day (half day Fridays) Responsibilities: * Business partnering with commercial team to drive growth and profitability * Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization to provide meaningful financial and business analysis that leads to actionable insights, recommendations, and contingencies to maximize the performance of the business. * Financial reporting and analysis * Provide leadership and oversight for Retail performance reporting, profitability analysis, and month-end processes. * Work with the Retail team to deliver the annual operating plan and monthly operational forecasts by leveraging Integrated Business Planning - a monthly planning process that extends the entire value chain of a business. * Work with the Retail Commercial Finance Manager to promote business acumen with an ability to critically evaluate business opportunities; have the skills to simplify communication of key insights and a passion to be a catalyst in driving value. * Develop financial models and analyses that help sales and marketing better understand their business from a financial perspective and make decisions on pricing, promotions, and products.
