ManpowerGroup Offset Pressman Lead (A5-L) - 2nd Shift in Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Our client, Packaging Solutions Company is seeking a Offset Pressman Lead to join their team. As a Offset Pressman Lead, you will be part of the 3-person team to produce, troubleshoot and maintain state-of-the-art printing equipment. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of sheet-fed Offset Lithographic printing experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Offset Lead Pressman (2nd shift) 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. M-F

Location:Sheboygan, WI

Pay Range: $50-57/k + bonus and OT

What’s the Job?

  • The A5‐L Offset Pressman Lead person must be able to register, achieve color standards, and troubleshoot press

  • Knowledge of printing supplies.

  • Organization of press crews and floor procedures for scheduling presses.

  • Mentors Offset Assistant/Feeder Pressman.

  • Ability to learn printing software associated with KBA printing presses

What’s Needed?

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure in standard and metric

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while working independently

  • Must have understanding of the PMS color book
