QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Powder Coating Machine Operator in SHEBOYGAN, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: - Analyzing and adjusting wash system chemicals - Inspecting and testing quality of finished product - Maintaining proper inventory of test chemicals - Ensuring proper line speed - Setting up, cleaning, and directing the cleaning of powder coating lines, booths, equipment, and work areas - Transferring completed items from line to outgoing lanes using handcarts or hand trucks - determining paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections or using gauges - Cleaning electrostatic spray guns and boots as required - Assist with break relief - Performing to the required detailed in procedures - Complying and following all safety guidelines - Accurately scanning shop floor paperwork ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior manufacturing experience preferred - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds - Prior experience in spray gun operation preferred - Ability to stand for full shift - Ability to work in warmer environments - Basic math skills ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: sheboyganresumes@qpsemployment.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
