- - Lead Integration and Test program planning efforts - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to influence customer expectations - Work directly with cross functional team on requirements verification, design validation, verification method designation, and support of requirements sell-off. - Develop and execute complex hardware testing plans and procedures - Lead integration activities, troubleshooting, external supplier testing, and offsite testing efforts - Identify, generate and validate test support software, custom analysis scripts, automated testing solutions - Support efforts specific to follow-on production planning, data analysis, metric establishment/collection - Interact as the primary interface for test in regard to external customers and suppliers -

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline is required.
- 8+ years of experience in a technical/engineering environment.
- Experience with design, development, assembly, test and integration of complex SONAR based products
- Experience with DoD customers, products, processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across disciplines and organizations.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must hold or be able to obtain U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
