Little Creek Casino Resort Spa Manager in Shelton, Washington
The Spa Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Seven Inlets Spa. The Spa Manager ensures that the Spa achieves or exceeds Little Creek Casino Resorts goals relating to revenue and cost of operations while providing the highest level of customer service to all guests of Little Creek Casino Resort.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests, management, and vendors.
- Administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability.
- Create ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, staff, and customers.
- Use financial plans for spotting trends, measuring productivity and monitoring progress.
- Interpret Financial Reports and provide expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expenses.
- Project and maintain acceptable payroll commitments.
- Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability.
- Consistently develop and grow retail sales through training, tools, and monitoring.
- Develop and deliver credible, competitive, value-plus service to the customer.
- Guide staff to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating, and fair.
- Implement a clearly established opening and closing procedure.
- Guide business decisions by staying on top of Spa trends.
- Implement full Spa product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- OR Associate of Arts Degree and four (4) years of related experience.
- OR a High School Diploma with six (6) years of related experience.
- Must have two (2) years of prior Spa Management experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
