半導体ウエットエッチングの知識と経験を活かし、クライアントの抱える課題を解決する！

◎ クライアント側のエンジニアとのミーティングを通じて、課題に対して直接的にサポートを提供できる

◎ フルリモート勤務環境かつ、クライアント先への直接訪問やオンラインミーティング等のコミュニケーション多めの仕事

【ポジションの概要】

営業と共にクライアントへ訪問してご要望や課題をヒヤリング。リクエストに応じて試験計画を立て、研究所の分析・評価技術者のチームへ試験を依頼。その試験結果をもとに技術レポートを作成し、クライアントへ詳しく説明したり、技術的なレクチャーを実施します。また、マーケティングやR&Dへクライアントの声をフィードバックする役割も担います。こういった技術サポートによって、クライアントの目指すコストや製品性能のゴール達成に大きく貢献できます。また、Pallの製品を活用していただくセールスチャンスにも繋げることができる重要な役割となります。

【ご担当いただく業務】

• 技術的な課題に対する評価方法作成し、評価・分析チームへ試験を依頼、結果をもとに技術レポートを作成

• ろ過のトピックや関連する技術についてのトレーニングやセミナーを提供

• マーケティングチームと協力して、クライアントの新製品導入を促進

• 営業チームを技術的な側面から支援し、販売機会をサポート

• クライアントからのフィードバックをR&Dやマーケティングへ共有

【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】

• 半導体ウエットエッチングの知識と、関連する実務経験

• クライアントと直接やり取りし、技術的な課題の解決に取り組んだ経験

• 大学・大学院で、化学分野、または物理関連分野を学んだ方

• 週1～2回程度の出張対応が可能な方（場所により宿泊を伴う可能性あり）

【語学力】

• 日本語： 流暢レベル以上

• 英語： ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き＋スピーキング）
