City Of Shoreview Assistant Community Center Manager in Shoreview, Minnesota
Shoreview, Minnesota, a premier city in the north metro area of the twin cities seeks a collaborative and detail-oriented candidate for its Assistant Community Center Manager position. This position supports the community center day-to-day operations by overseeing part-time staff, budget administration, marketing, facility reservations, contractual agreements, customer service and facility maintenance. Primarily supervises managers on duty and membership/guest services, while also serving as a building coordinator providing work direction to other associate community center staff in the absence of their direct supervisor. Hires, trains, schedules, and supervises managers on duty and membership/guest services. Provides high quality customer service through communication with members, renters, program participants, and guests while ensuring safety guidelines are enforced. Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Occasional early morning, evening, weekend and holiday work may be required as job duties demand.
