THE LEISURE WORLD OF MARYLAND CORPORATION Assistant Resale Administrator in Silver Spring, Maryland
Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC), the property management company for Leisure Worldof Maryland, a private, age-restricted community comprising 29 housing associations and 8,000 residents located in Montgomery County, Maryland, has an immediate opening for a full time Assistant Resales Administrator.
The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
JOB PURPOSE:
Assists in maintaining records on all condominium and HOA resales. Performs all duties of the Resales Department as assigned by the Resales Administrator.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and BASIC DUTIES:
- Learns procedures and policies as required.
- Prepares and furnishes information to sellers, real estate agents, loan officers, buyers and settlement offices.
- Assists Directors in completing resale certificates.
- Prepares and distributes Condo and Homeowners Association Resales certificates via Homewisedocs.
- Completes condo Questionnaires via Homewisedocs, researches accounts and files.
- Xeroxes, faxes, files and enters data into the computer.
- Answers phones, email/fax/in person correspondence.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
YEARS AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Must be computer literate and knowledgeable using Microsoft Office and Excel or comparable software
- Ability to consistently providing a high level of accurate work delivered in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritize work assignments

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
