We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Groups within Consumer Insights. The role will be responsible for handling a heavy volume of organizing meetings, calendars, and travel. This position is based in Singapore, will support two Consumer Insights Directors, and will report to our centralized Business Operations & Communications pod.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment, respond quickly to changes, and be able to navigate multiple global time zones! Someone who is curious demonstrates significant initiative and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain complex calendars of two Director-level executives in the Consumer Insights team, including scheduling meetings both internally and externally

  • Support a heterogeneous team with team members working across multiple time zones: While the concentration of work will be based in Singapore, there will be consistent support of colleagues based in London and/or Amsterdam as well. We expect this European support to be conducted mostly asynchronously and therefore requires an individual to proactively think ahead and manage time differences to stay in lockstep

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements (eg. hotels, cars, flights, Visas), both domestically and internationally

  • Execute on special projects and ad hoc requests as needed (e.g. org charts, Google Group audits, etc.)

  • Act as primary point of contact for our EMEA offices & APAC offices space planning partners.

  • Serve as liaison as directed for Directors (e.g. deliveries, visitor information, meeting support, etc.)

  • Collaborate with other assistants across multiple departments and within Consumer Insights

  • Assist with organizing team offsites and events

  • Process expense reports

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years as an executive or administrative assistant working with high-level executives in highly matrix international organizations

  • Previous experience working across multiple global time zones

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Groups

  • Experience with Workday (nice to have)

  • Passion for entertainment and/or consumer insights is a big plus
