Adding value to our clients' activities in the hospitality investment arena is our main objective.

Some of your key responsibilities will include

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, developers, and tenants ensuring client care programs are implemented

  • Generating leads by cold calling potential clients, networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals and actively follow up on queries.

  • Identify prospective clients and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect

  • Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally

  • Continuously source business through networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals

  • Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets

  • Working as a team to deliver the excellent client experience.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate a must

  • Candidate must possess / able to possess a real estate license (CEA) in a short time frame

  • Excellent client relationship management skills

  • Strong interest in commercial real estate leasing segment with good knowledge of the Singapore market

  • The incumbent should possess superior organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and team, and has strong client relationship management skills.

  • A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team

  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
