The Client : A leading global company in the healthcare industry

As the APAC Account Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of key accounts within the Asia-Pacific region. You will lead a team dedicated to developing and maintaining high-profile partnerships, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service. Your leadership will guide the team in executing strategic initiatives, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a talented team, helping them grow through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.

  • Manage daily team activities, set schedules, and ensure everyone is working towards our common goals.

  • Develop and nurture high-profile partnerships, driving new business efforts with our key clients.

  • Provide top-notch support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best service possible.

  • Stay ahead of the game by conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform our strategies.

  • Host regular meetings with senior management to understand their needs and align our efforts.

  • Keep an eye on partnership performance and tackle any challenges that arise.

  • Set a positive example and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams toward achieving strategic objectives.

  • Proven experience in staffing, training, and performance management is highly desirable.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant facilities management experience (a combination of education and experience will also be considered).
