Amazon CSC Partner Acceleration Manager, AGS-APJ-CSC in Singapore, Singapore

As the Cloud Sales Center (CSC) Partner Acceleration Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on the APJCS strategy to build a partners everywhere business across Asia Pacific and Japan. In the role you will help build a Center of Excellence in GTM execution with and through partners. You will own partner engagement in territory planning excellence, accelerating pipeline and monitoring progress against business goals. You will take learnings from best practice across region and implement a consistent pan APJ GTM motion with and through partners; collaborating with global, cross-functional teams including AWS sales, business development, marketing, and technical field professionals to determine how to best accelerate growth and success in the CSC through co-selling with partners. You will own the monitoring and governance framework of partner engagement across the region, working closely with sales operations and sales leadership on execution excellence. In doing so you will drive the Partner Contirbution Rate across the APJ CSC to attain 100% engagement by 2025.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of leading and driving multiple programs, across a region like Asia, to meet business objectives; excellent program and project management skills, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics bias, and a passion for helping companies get started using cloud to achieve business goals. They will possess a deep understanding of the AWS Partner Business and scale sales motion, and be able to dive deep to determine business imperatives. They will have a strong ability to Invent and Simplify, expanding area best practices and developing new mechanisms for partnering sales excellence.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Drive consistency of partner execution across the APJ Cloud Sales Centre

  2. Meet or exceed annual revenue targets by developing mechanisms to enable the field and partner sales teams

  3. Own the Partner Contribution Rate goals across the Scale Segment

  4. Expand existing best practice across region to ensure consistent partner engagement across region

  5. Where appropariate, develop pan APJ mechanisms for consistent GTM excellence across region

  6. Own Partner Governance mechanisms across region

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, project management, program management, advisory, and/or strategy roles.

  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Scale Sales, GTM or Program Management Excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technology depth and breadth in cloud technology.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, ability generate credibility with sales leaders and executive audiences.

  • Exceptional business acumen and high judgment – be able to use technology/cloud depth and breadth, signals, and data to understand customer pain points and challenges, and inform and shape business growth initiatives.

  • ‘Invent and simply’ mindset. Data driven but comfortable with ambiguity. Exceptional problem-solver. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

  • Experience in regional roles.
