We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our professional estates management team dedicated to our client in the Financial Institution industry. You will work closely and report to the Lead of the Account in managing the client’s portfolio, development the client service level and provide transactional and operational excellence to the account.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work within the day to day operations of the Estates Management function, ensuring they deliver to time all necessary reporting, transactions and financial reporting requirements.

  • Interface directly with the Client to understand and interpret the Client’s needs, the demands and changes within their broader business environment, and investigate and advocate how CBRE can best support the Client.

  • Represent the client as the Tenant in leasing properties such as ATM, branch and office in Singapore to support the business requirement of the client.

  • Primarily, the candidate will oversee the ATM network working closely with the respective business in determining the ATM distribution strategy for the bank within Singapore.

  • Negotiate and working with the respective landlords including but limiting to government agencies to achieve the best price and conditions for the Client in new license agreement, renewals, license reviews and termination of license.

  • Site inspection is required to determine the new location or resolving operation issues on the ground.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with respective functions such as facility and project management team in the resolving tenancy matters such as operation issue, reinstatement/hand over process, deployment and termination of ATMs throughout Singapore.

  • Take ownership, track and update client and business that all transactions to ensure timely action taken within the license period.

  • Adhere to the transaction process including approval and payment to ensure minimal gaps and risks to the client

  • Support in the drafting and review of license agreements, highlight any deviations or anomalies that may require engagement with the Client

  • Liaise with Portfolio Services team to update the licenses in Sequentra in a timely basis

  • Generate the necessary POs for payment for agency fee and others.

  • Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships and where applicable

  • Provide all necessary reports to update the performance of the lease out properties and assisting the collation of quarterly reports or management update if required

  • Any other ad-hoc transaction activities to assist the team as a whole or as requested

Essential Skills

  • Qualifications in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline is desirable

  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude

  • Relevant landlord leasing or landlord representative experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues

  • Ability to ensure availability and responsive to client’s, landlord’s, and management’s requests or queries on a timely basis

  • Proactively managing customer relationships

  • Fluency in English and local language

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in addition to being a team player

  • Proactive self-starter with a curious mind set to bring positive change to the team

  • Presents solutions to problems, escalating in a timely manner where necessary.

  • Client centric mind set and driving Customer Service Levels

  • Strong negotiation skills with good attention to details

  • Good time management and multitasking skills, (1) able to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines and (2) start to show understanding on how to manage concurrent tasks in parallel and prioritise accordingly

  • Good analytical skills : qualitative and quantitative with reasonable presentation skills

  • Skilled in Microsoft excel and other Microsoft office tools

  • Sensitive to cross-cultural exposures
