About the job:

The Connectivity Associate is an exciting customer-focused role that manages product rollout and training experience of customers for connected care products. This is both an inbound and outbound, customer-facing role with experience dealing directly with customers at both account and user levels.

This role will be responsible for all aspects of pre-and post-sales solution design, implementation, and delivery of connected care products in Medical ANZ/East Asia. This role will work closely with local sales teams to prioritize and deliver connected products in line with customer requirements.

This role will also help navigate information security, data privacy, and local IT infrastructure requirements for customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage individual customer projects and end-to-end systems implementation of the connected care products for customers with set deadlines.

  • Provide pre and post-sales solutions support to end customers which includes solutions design, rollout, troubleshooting potential issues, and updating system configurations according to varied customer needs.

  • Navigate complex information security, privacy, and local regulatory requirements for connected care products and associated IT infrastructure required to operate in the market.

  • Participate in the sales process as needed to better understand customer requirements for desired and timely solutions implementation.

  • Provide support, training, and coaching for connected care products to sales reps & and distributors in ANZ/East Asia when desired.

  • Provide necessary support on tender submissions related to connected care portfolio.

  • Analyse business data and identify any trends and gaps to further progress product adoption in the region.

  • Manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders by earning trust through technical and functional expertise.

  • Develop and foster stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issues management.

  • Manage customer project progress seamlessly by adapting to changes in customer requirements.

  • Regular communication with all the stakeholders including customers to keep the project progress aligned with end goals.

  • This role will require some local and regional travel at approximately 20%.

Who are we looking for:

  • Previous experience as a technical project associate in a MedTech industry including sound knowledge of project management methodologies and a demonstrated track record of success.

  • Proven track record of project management and organizational skills, with an ability to initiate, prioritize, and execute complex projects with minimal guidance.

  • Ability to build relationships by assimilating technical information and communicating fluently.

  • Ability to conceptualize and design technical solutions based on customer IS/network infrastructure requirements and seamless implementation of final solutions with workarounds when required.

  • Solid working knowledge of computer networks and Cloud/PC applications to effectively manage complex IT projects.

  • Experience working with network infrastructure technologies such TCP/IP, network switches, routers, firewalls, proxies, and wireless networks (Wi-Fi/Cellular/Bluetooth).

  • Knowledge of Cloud computing such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS).

  • Network security, LAN, and WAN experience.

  • Windows Server/SQL database experience.

  • Review and understand all project documents including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs, technical and design documents, project plans, and project schedules prior to executing any project.

  • Working knowledge of various Microsoft products: SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, etc.

  • Strong written communication skills for tenders, business proposals, and other client communications.

  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related business degree.

  • Previous experience in client/server computing environments with emphasis on information security.

  • Previous experience in cloud-based software application training and support.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of medical products and systems related to information technology in the MedTech industry.

  • Understanding of the biomedical engineering environment.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.
