BUSINESS TITLE (JOB POSTING TITLE): Manager, APD , Emerging Brands APAC

BRAND/ FUNCTION: Emerging Brands

REPORTING TO: General Manager, Emerging Brands APAC

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Strengthen VP APAC emerging brands distributor business through optimization of wholesale tactics and execution; Build and maintain trade relationships and maximize sell thru contribution to distributor partner’s sell out scale growth, dealer’s profitability and appropriate brand positioning with execution of proper marketing plan within company time frame.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assist general manager to set up the distributor sales strategy and target, and market development in APAC

• Manage the business result in distributor from sell-in, sell-through to sell-out in retail end including key retail KPIs in APAC

• Build up the good relationship with distributor’s franchisees/department stores in APAC

• Have an insight into company and competitors product, provide sales analysis and contribute to future business growth

• Implement the successor plan

• Identify the merchandising plan base on the sales target

• Product sales analysis (the proportion of inventory and MO)

• Market research, feedback the market info in time

• Maintain company image, superior to the competitors

• Follow up the company procedure and put company benefit at first priority

• Well communicate with other areas and departments, drive the business together

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Relevant degree holder, or equivalent through experiences

• Over 10 years solid experiences in similar job capacity, with at least 3 years in managerial position

• Experience of working with cross cultural partners is an advantage

• Outdoor Apparel industry background is requested

• Native English Speaker

• Spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

• Good computer operation skill, particularly Microsoft Office applications

• Good analytical skill and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Inspirations by outdoor and premium sports culture

• A pleasant team player.
