Boehringer Ingelheim Product Manager Immunology, HP ROPU ASKAN in Singapore, Singapore

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of the regional marketing strategy for the brand / portfolio based on the global asset(s) strategy and work closely with colleagues across the organization to help maximize sales results and build leading brands across the region.

  • Unveil Patients, HCPs and healthcare system needs that will build the insights foundation for excellent launch preparations for the future assets in our pipeline. Shape the company and the market for excellence in launch.

  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive launch plan for pre-launch planning up to post-launch performance working closely with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Enhance market understanding and knowledge through development and implementation of relevant marketing tools, identify opportunities for growth through close collaboration with OPU teams and generation of continuous and extensive insights and analysis.

  • Drive development of cross functional brand plans. Critical to success in this role will be the ability to drive state of the art launches for our future products whilst ensuring excellent life cycle management and execution of activities for the current business. You will be required to facilitate and deliver various activities and training to the OPU teams to strengthen competencies and onboard new team members across the marketing teams.

  • Provide support in enhancing market understanding across different OPUs in our region. As an integral business partner, you are expected to invest significant time and effort in supporting and working alongside affiliate colleagues of all levels across the region. You will be a key interface between OPU, business area, regional and corporate headquarters ensuring full alignment of commercial priorities and strategies. Closely follow-up and partner with OPUs in the region for improved performance

  • Develop / adapt materials and drive digital initiatives for brand / portfolio across the region.

  • Support/drive GTM transformation and adoption of Platforms and Process to enable excellent customer centric engagement.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Science, Business or equivalent, preferably with a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic & operational marketing in the Pharmaceutical industry (Innovator Products/ Medicine); ideally has regional work experience

  • Preferably has marketing experience in Immunology or rare disease areas

  • Proven track record in marketing strategy, branding, PR & product launches

  • Has strong marketing planning, budgeting, financial management and analysis skills; able to drive complex projects within tight timelines

  • Prior working experience in market research & analytics, sales, medical affairs and/or market access & healthcare affairs are considered a plus

  • Open-minded, fast learner, cross functional collaborator
