The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage front desk reception duties including but not limited to:

  • Engage internal and external stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable reception area, equipped with all necessary materials.

  • Offer good hospitality to visitors.

  • Monitor and control visitor access.

  • Ensure visitors are aware and comply with safety and security requirements.

  • Manage incoming calls by screening, conveying messages and directing calls appropriately.

  • Oversee all aspects of meeting rooms, including coordinating and scheduling external client meetings.

  • Take responsibility for postal and courier services, both locally and internationally.

  • Provide facilities management support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of logistics and support services in the office environment.

  • Maintain an adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies. Verify invoices and provide procurement support by sourcing related vendors, evaluating quotations, and making recommendations.

  • Contribute to a safe, efficient and compliant operation.

  • Assist with other ad-hoc office administrative duties as assigned.

  • Educational achievement to A levels or diploma standard, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Customer and results-oriented.

  • Fluency in verbal and written English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.

  • A responsible individual contributor and an excellent team player.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Meticulous and strives for high quality work.

  • Adaptable with a learning mindset.
