As a Supply Chain Intern in our Supply Chain Excellence JPAC team , you’ll

  • Get exposure to a regional role, supporting international supply chain operations for region (Asia, JPAC AMEE, etc)

  • Work on a project/s that has real time implications to company profit and end patient experience.

Main responsibilities:

Your goal in this internship is to drive improvements across Supply Chain, primarily focusing on ways to drive improvement in day-to-day operational performance. You will be responsible for the following aspects:

  • Tracking and reporting the operational process performance, by periodically reviewing the deliverables achieved and provide actionable items for teams to work on.

  • Develop, monitor and communicate reports on forecast accuracy to supply chain teams and supply risks.

  • Supporting new initiatives/projects on behalf of Supply Chain on transversal continuous improvement initiatives. Building, tracking and follow-up on sustainable new processes to simplify and build best practices.

  • Supporting on day-to-day operations for 3 Asian partner markets to coordinate across our global distribution centers for shipment of goods.

  • Support any global/regional projects.

  • Get an in-depth understanding of Supply Chain in International region, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Understand complexities of the multiple markets and differences in operations.

  • Blend technology with business application.

  • Understand Supply Chain KPIs & it’s impact to the business.

About you:

  • Technical skills:

  • Education: Master’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Management, Business Admins, Engineering.

  • No prior work experience is required.

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power point, Words is required.

  • Knowledge of Power Bi, Qlick sense or any data analytics tool will be an added advantage.
