Aventure Staffing Office Administrator in Sioux Center Area, Iowa

Office Administrator | $16/hr.

Monday – Friday, 7am-5pm + Occasional Saturday & Extended Hours During the Week

Are you a people person? If so, a well-established, locally owned company is looking for you! An established feed mill plant in the Sheldon, IA area is hiring a Seasonal Office Administrator to join their growing team! This Seasonal Office Administrator will work both on a team and independently to maintain the daily functions of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a scale and complete all related paperwork for scale traffic/grain recording.

  • Handling customer phone calls and walk-in traffic in a busy environment.

  • Assist customers with counter sales.

  • Maintain record of sales, purchases, and accounts receivables.

  • Establish and complete daily and weekly office procedures.

  • Float between 4 locations running the scale and doing various office tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Basic office skills required to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as multi-line phone operations.

  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.

  • Good communication skills, telephone etiquette and customer service

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Benefits & Pay:

  • $16.00/hr.

  • Paid every Friday.
