Aventure Staffing Agronomy Laborer in Sioux Center, Iowa
Agronomy Laborer | Pay based on experience
4 12-hour days with a rotating schedule that would allow for a Friday or Monday off with a possible day off in the middle of the week if the business need arises.
A local agronomy business in the Sioux Center, IA area is looking for a Agronomy Laborer to join their growing team! As an Agronomy Laborer, you will need to be reliable, able to multi-task, and be a hard worker.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities:
Operate forklift and payloader.
Load fertilizer and closed chemical containers.
Maintain general organization and cleanliness of yard.
Follow and enforce all safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent level of education.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Must have some mechanical ability.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn crop chemicals and farming practices.
Adaptability to changing application technologies and seasonal workload variations.
