Machine Operator – Weekly Pay – 4 Day Work Week – Start ASAP!

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Brake Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the brake press machine to bend and form metal sheets according to precise specifications. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

PAY: $20 - $25 (Pay is Based on Experience)

Shift: Monday – Thursday (6am – 4:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual brake press machines to bend, punch, notch, and form metal sheets and plates

• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine the necessary adjustments and settings for each job

• Measure and inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to prioritize workload and meet production deadlines

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC and manual brake press machines

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in a standing position for extended periods

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting machine issues

• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
