Citigroup Cash&Trade Proc Assoc Analyst2 - B10 - SIOUX FALLS (Hybrid) in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

The Cash & Trade Proc Assoc Analyst 2 is an entry level role responsible for assisting the function with any projects and initiatives related to Cash Management/Transaction Services team and NAM Core Operations. The overall objective is to facilitate multiple complex transaction types from end to end, including escalation as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with operation processes and process improvements

  • Ensure transactions or processes are executed correctly and are compliant with internal policies and controls.

  • Facilitate the investigation, documentation, and corrective action implementation of transaction services issues.

  • Aid with the transition, alignment, and stabilization efforts of critical operations functions.

  • Cross-train for various internal roles within the department and provide back-up coverage to those roles as needed.

  • Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services projects.

  • Perform all required tasks within established procedures and controls to minimize losses.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience or background supporting operational investigative functions

  • Robust analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct complex analysis, draw and present conclusions logically.

  • Ambitious self-starter with proven ability for problem-solving.

  • Ability to perform complex investigations.

  • Strong client excellence work ethic.

  • Ability to work with all levels of Management across multiple business lines.

  • Resourcefulness and investigative abilities, adept at understanding and applying new concepts to identify potential efficiency solutions.

  • Strong communication and proven ability to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information and influence and drive results from a diverse team of functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate process improvement skills.

  • Successful track record in participating and/or leading projects.

  • Strong working knowledge with MS Office tools required (advance Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, and SharePoint) MS Visio a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail skills required.

  • Strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality and quality assurance.

  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.

  • Working knowledge of Commercial Cards applicable Citi policies, standards, and regulatory requirements and related risks and controls preferred.

  • Experience in multiple functions of Commercial Cards Client Operations and/or Customer Cards Operations functions preferred

Education :

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$45,670.00 - $59,880.00
