Avera is currently seeking a highly motivated Physician Compensation Manager!
Position Highlights:

Develop and maintain Income Distribution Formula (IDF) spreadsheets. Directly support and partner with practice administrators in their work to respond to physician inquiries related to productivity, volumes, revenue cycle, and compensation.

Job Summary
Provides support to Clinic Operations by maintaining physician income distribution formula spreadsheets and calculating thresholds. Responsible for providing reliable practice management information to Avera Medical Group administration. Responsible for supporting Avera Medical Group administration as they collaborate with providers, partners, and site managers.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or Accounting is preferred.
Five years of related experience required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health Automobile Liability Insurance carrier.
