Role reports to: SDI Transformation Senior Finance Manager
Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10%
What you will do
This position reports into the Solutions, Deployments, & Implementations SDI Transformation Senior Finance Manager based in the UK. The position is offered on a fixed term basis until the end of December 2024. The SDI Transformation Finance Analyst is responsible for linking key interdependencies with technology and process initiatives.
This is a high visibility role that requires strong communication with senior leadership. This role will support implementing a Legal Entity reporting structure for Kenvue Equity & Investment.
Responsibilities:
Support the shift from MRC to LE reporting as it relates to equity & investments.
Provide insights on OOB resolution (comparison against LRs, Tax Returns, KEMs, Step Plan, Bravo historical data, ERP) & design go-forward process.
Liaise with both internal and external partners to resolve out of balances across different Regions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and following company values.
Ensure changes in ERP reflect desired adjustments in OneStream.
Escalate risks and opportunities appropriately and ensure transparency and visibility.
Manage interdependencies with other initiatives including system implementations as well as operating model considerations.
Be a trusted business partner and customer/business partner focused.
Support the efforts to design go-forward process for equity & investments.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A Bachelors degree
4 years of experience
Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess and communicate risk.
Six Sigma, FPX, Process Leadership, and/or Project Management skills desired.
Technologically savvy, stakeholder focus; flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
