As a Program Manager you will spend most of your time working closely with the Shift Leaders and Direct Line Personnel to ensure ESM clients receive the quality of service expected throughout ESM.
The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of each Residential home to ensure all the clients needs are being met in a timely manner and all ESM staff are performing their duties at a level that provides world class services to the clients we serve. This includes all aspects of community living, scheduling appointments, service and crisis planning, behavior management, communicating with state personnel and / or guardian, etc.
