For our team based in Sofia we are currently looking to hire ambitious individuals with passion for sales and pharmaceutical industry, as Medical Sales Representative.
We welcome medical sales professionals as well as less experienced candidates, who we will provide with an exceptional opportunity of developing skills in areas such as pharmaceutical market of original worldwide used products, account management, building relationships with HCPs and strategic planning. Our comprehensive training program will prepare you for successful task completion.
Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
As Medical Sales Representative at Lundbeck Bulgaria, you’ll play a crucial role in our local sales team, reporting directly to the Country Manager. Your territory will span Sofia and Southwest Bulgaria and as part of your daily work, you will be traveling across the territory to build engagement and directly interact with our clients. Your key responsibilities will cover:
Territory Planning and Execution, including:
Proposing and executing a strategic territory plan
Monitoring progress and adapting as needed
Effective Communication:
Accurately conveying the benefits of our products to physicians
Addressing unmet therapeutic needs
Helping physicians to experience these benefits in their clinical practice

Qualifications, Skills & Mindset that you bring to the team

Here’s what we are looking for:
Education:
- Min bachelor’s degree, preferably in health sciences: medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, veterinary, chemistry, etc.
Skills and certifications:
A valid driving license
Fluent Bulgarian language
English language skills will stand for an asset
At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in medical sector will be an asset
Strong planning and organizational abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A continuous learning mindset with a data-driven approach
